1️⃣ Junior Sales Supervisor
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. Experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage. Strong leadership, decision‑making, and team‑management skills.

2️⃣ Visual Architect
Qualifications
BSc Degree in Architecture.
Experience
3–5 years in architectural design, visualization, and project coordination.
Competencies
Strong architectural visualization skills. Proficiency in 3D modeling & rendering software . Ability to interpret technical drawings and produce high‑quality visual outputs. Experience with virtual reality and advanced rendering tools.

3️⃣ Content Lead
Qualifications
BA Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related fields. Certifications in advertising copywriting or communication strategy are advantageous.
Experience
3–5 years in content creation, copywriting, and digital content development.
Competencies
Strong attention to detail and brand voice consistency. Understanding of the marketing funnel and SEO copywriting . Ability to write clear, compelling content with strong CTAs.

4️⃣ Digital Marketing Manager
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related fields. Certifications in Google Analytics , Meta Ads , Google Digital Marketing , or Google Ads are advantageous.
Experience
5+ years managing full‑funnel digital marketing strategies and organic social media growth. Proven experience leading creative teams (content creators, copywriters, social media managers). Strong understanding of brand positioning , content strategy , and community engagement. Experience managing marketing workflows, campaign lifecycles, and cross‑department KPIs.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience
3–5 years in Learning & Development or Talent Management. Hands‑on experience coordinating and delivering L&D programs.

6️⃣ People & Culture Specialist (Payroll)
Qualifications
BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
Experience
3–5 years in end‑to‑end payroll processing. Strong knowledge of labor laws , tax regulations , and statutory compliance. Experience with HRIS/payroll systems and payroll audits.
