Job Summary:
Junior System Maintenance and Support Service Officer will primarily support software systems, applications, and users, while also assisting in general IT operations such as hardware, networking, and system maintenance.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
Minimum 1+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and System Maintenance, and Related works
Familiarity with operating systems (Windows/Linux)
Basic networking knowledge is an advantage
