Role description
Help Generation (HG) is a women-led NGO. The GBV Response Officer provides case management and psychosocial support (PSS) to vulnerable women and survivors of Gender-Based Violence (GBV). You will oversee Women's and Girls' Safe Space (WGSS) activities and manage community mobilization and awareness-raising campaigns.
Gender:
Only Female applicants will be considered.
Education:
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or Law.
Experience:
Minimum 3–4 years of experience.
Key Skills:
Trained in IASC GBV Case Management; experience in psychosocial support and women’s empowerment.
Languages:
English is mandatory and local language (Afar) is an advantage.
