Position 1: Assistant Teacher – Early Years
Education:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of preschool or early childhood teaching experience.
Skills & Requirements:
- Patient and team-oriented.
- Good communication skills in English and Amharic.
- Montessori and Cambridge Early Years experience is an added advantage.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Position 2: Caregiver (Infant & Toddler Care)
Education:
- Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Care or a related field (preferred).
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience caring for infants and toddlers.
Skills & Requirements:
- Patient, nurturing, and reliable.
- Knowledgeable in child development and child safety.
- Ability to provide loving care for children aged 6 months to 3 years.

Position 3: Main Teacher – Cambridge Early Years
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant teaching experience.
Skills & Requirements:
- Experience in Cambridge Early Years teaching.
- Ability to lead engaging, child-centered, play-based learning activities.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.

Position 4: Special Needs Psychologist
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Psychology, Special Education, ABA, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children with special needs.
Skills & Requirements:
- Experience in Speech Therapy, ABA, Occupational Therapy, and Feeding Therapy is preferred.
- Compassionate and experienced in supporting children with diverse developmental and learning needs.
