Position 1: Assistant Teacher – Early Years

Education:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of preschool or early childhood teaching experience.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Patient and team-oriented.
  • Good communication skills in English and Amharic.
  • Montessori and Cambridge Early Years experience is an added advantage.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Position 2: Caregiver (Infant & Toddler Care)

Education:

  • Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Care or a related field (preferred).

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience caring for infants and toddlers.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Patient, nurturing, and reliable.
  • Knowledgeable in child development and child safety.
  • Ability to provide loving care for children aged 6 months to 3 years.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Position 3: Main Teacher – Cambridge Early Years

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant teaching experience.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Experience in Cambridge Early Years teaching.
  • Ability to lead engaging, child-centered, play-based learning activities.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Position 4: Special Needs Psychologist

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Psychology, Special Education, ABA, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children with special needs.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Experience in Speech Therapy, ABA, Occupational Therapy, and Feeding Therapy is preferred.
  • Compassionate and experienced in supporting children with diverse developmental and learning needs.
