Commercial Nominees was established by Commercial Bank of Ethiopia and Construction & Business Bank in 1965. At that time, it provided services such as stock marketing, stock registration & organization, pension account management of Commercial Bank, and insurance commission work.

Position: Administration & Finance Officer

Minimum Requirement

B.A Degree in Management or Accounting or Economics or other business related fields with 2 years related work experience .

 Competency

Knowledge of human resource management principles and practices

• Basic financial management principles
• Good communication and  interpersonal skill
• Basic computer application skill.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

• Plans organizes and coordinates the overall administrative and financial function of the branch office
• Keeps custody of personnel files of branch employees and staff deployed in different customer organizations.
• Compiles updates and maintains all relevant personnel data of the branch employees, updates change in employees’ profile such as marital status, childbirth, education status, promotion, transfer etc.
• Collects  the logistical and material needs of employees deployed  in the customer organizations, summarizes and reports to the branch manager  for further actions;
• Prepares monthly payroll of security, cleaning and other employees engaged in the outsourced employment service of the branch;
