Role description

Spine institute and care s.c Clinics is a leading provider of comprehensive neuromusculoskeletal care, dedicated to helping patients achieve optimal wellness through non-invasive and regenerative treatments and personalized care plans.

Position: Graphic Designer and Digital, Social Media Marketing officer (Healthcare Share Company)

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree/Master’s Degree in Marketing, Marketing Management, Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing or Graphic Designer.

Experience:

Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in Digital Marketing (Healthcare or Wellness industry experience is a major plus).

Skills & Competencies:

  • Marketing Fundamentals: Deep understanding of Basic Marketing Principles (The 4 Ps, SWOT analysis, and Target Audience Segmentation).
  • Soft Skills: Must possess excellent communication skills and a strong “team player” mentality to collaborate with doctors, therapists, and front-desk staff.
  • Tools: Proficiency in Canva/Adobe, Meta Business Suite, and basic SEO/SEM.
  • Creativity: Ability to translate complex medical/physiotherapy concepts into easy-to-understand, engaging social content.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A strong desire to contribute to a joyful working atmosphere and the greater success of the company.
