Rammis Bank S.C Vacancy invites qualified applicants for the following job positions. Rammis Bank is an Interest-free bank, also known as Islamic banking that operates on the principles of Sharia law, which prohibits the payment, or receipt of interest and provides a range of products and services that comply with Islamic finance principles.

Rammis Bank is undergoing a strategic transformation to enhance organizational efficiency and talent development that aims to use the enabling conditions to provide an excellent service that appeals to the ever-diversifying and growing needs of customers.

Position 1: Collateral Valuator III

Qualification: BA degree in Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or other-related fields.

Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience out of which 1 years as property valuation, collateral assessment, or other equivalent positions

Duty Stations: Head Office

Position 2: Senior Collateral Valuator

Qualification: BSc. degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology and Management, or other-related fields.

Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience out of which 2 years as property valuation, asset appraisal, collateral or other equivalent positions.

Duty Stations: Head Office

Position 3: Branch Manager I

Qualification: BA degree in Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or other-related fields.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of banking experience, of which at least 3 years have been served in positions such as Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Customer Service Manager, Branch Business Manager, Branch Operations Manager, or other equivalent supervisory or managerial positions.

Duty Stations: Central District (Addis Ababa and surrounding areas). • East District (Dire Dawa, Harar and surrounding areas). • West District (Jimma and surrounding areas). • North District (Dessie and surrounding areas).
