Role description

Sky Gate Plc is a newly established travel retail company with a vision to become one of the leading duty-free retail operators in Ethiopia and across the region.

A Retail Sales Assistant provides customer service, drives sales, and maintains store operations by greeting customers, processing transactions via POS systems, and restocking merchandise. They offer product advice, handle returns, maintain a clean, organized, and secure store environment, and work to meet sales goals.

POSITION: Sales Assistants – Recent Graduates – Urgent

Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Accounting, Economics, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA/CGPA of 3.40 and above.
  • Recent graduates and candidates expected to graduate by August 2026 are eligible to apply.

  • Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to retail operations.
  • Basic computer literacy and numerical skills.
  • Knowledge of additional foreign languages is an added advantage.
Additional Requirements
  • Willingness to work on rotating shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and overnight schedules.
