The successful candidate will be responsible for developing engaging digital content, promoting training programs, increasing brand awareness, and managing the organization's social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies.
• Produce engaging content, including graphics, videos, and promotional campaigns.
• Manage social media accounts and interact with online audiences.
• Promote training programs, events, and organizational success stories.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
• Support digital marketing and branding initiatives.
• Capture and share stories from the coffee industry and trainee achievements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in social media management.
• Strong content writing and digital communication skills.
• Experience using social media analytics and digital marketing tools.
• Photography and video editing skills are an added advantage.
• Passion for the coffee sector and entrepreneurship.

Position 2: Executive Manager

Job Summary

The Executive Manager will provide overall strategic leadership for Evergreen Coffee by overseeing daily operations, strengthening partnerships, driving business development, and ensuring successful implementation of organizational goals.

• Lead strategic planning and organizational growth.
• Oversee operational, financial, and administrative activities.
• Build and maintain partnerships with stakeholders and industry actors.
• Manage organizational performance and staff development.
• Represent the organization in meetings, events, and industry engagements.
• Promote excellence and innovation across all programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Management, Development Studies, Coffee Sector, or related disciplines.
• 5–8 years of management experience.
• Experience in training institutions, SME development, entrepreneurship, or value chain programs is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and partnership-building skills.
• Knowledge of Ethiopia's coffee industry is an advantage.

Evergreen Coffee is seeking an experienced Import & Export Trainer to provide practical training on international trade, export procedures, logistics, customs documentation, and market access, particularly within Ethiopia's coffee sector.

• Deliver practical training on import and export operations.
• Develop training materials, case studies, and learning resources.
• Guide entrepreneurs on export readiness and international market requirements.
• Train participants on export documentation, customs procedures, and logistics.
• Connect trade knowledge with opportunities in Ethiopia's coffee value chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of practical import and export experience.
• Previous training or facilitation experience is preferred.
• Good understanding of Ethiopian export regulations and coffee export systems.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
