Position 1: General Admin Staff

Education: Bachelor’s degree or relevant educational background in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Skills Required

• Good English communication skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Well-organized and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Overseas project experience is an advantage.

Age: between 25 and 35 years.

Work Place: Addis Ababa

Position 2: Finance Officer

Education:  Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.

Skills Required

• Good command of English communication skills.
• ACCA qualification is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work independently.

Age: between 25 and 35 years.

Work Place: Addis Ababa

Position 3: የሲቪል ኢስቲሜሽን / የወጪ ማስሊያ መሐንዲስ(Civil Estimation / Cost Engineer)

• የትምህርት ደረጃ: በCivil Engineering፣ Quantity Surveying፣ Construction Management ወይም ተዛማጅ የትምህርት መስክ የBachelor’s Degree ወይም ከዚያ በላይ የትምህርት ደረጃ።
• የሥራ ልምድ: · በCivil Estimation፣ Quantity Surveying፣ Cost Control ወይም Tender Pricing ቢያንስ 2 ዓመት ተዛማጅ የሥራ ልምድ።

Skills Required

• BOQ፣ Quantity Take-Off፣ Cost Estimation እና Unit Rate Analysis ላይ ጠንካራ የሥራ እውቀት።
• በግል ዝርዝር Unit Rate Analysis / Rate Build-Up ማዘጋጀት የሚችል።
• የኢትዮጵያ የግንባታ ገበያ ዋጋዎችን በደንብ ማወቅ ግዴታ ነው።
• እንደ ሲሚንቶ፣ Reinforcement Steel፣ አሸዋ፣ ጠጠር፣ ኮንክሪት፣ Hollow Block፣ Formwork Materials፣ Structural Steel፣ Pipes እና ሌሎች ዋና ዋና የግንባታ ዕቃዎች የአካባቢ ዋጋዎችን በደንብ ማወቅ።
• የአካባቢያዊ የሠራተኛ ዋጋዎች፣ የማሽነሪ ኪራይ ዋጋዎች፣ የመጓጓዣ ወጪዎች፣ የSubcontractor ዋጋዎች እና የአቅራቢዎች ዋጋዎች ላይ ጥሩ እውቀት።
• ጠንካራ የMicrosoft Excel እውቀት እና የCost Calculation እና Rate Analysis ስሌት ሰንጠረዦችን (Spreadsheets) በራስ ማዘጋጀት የሚችል።
• የCivil/Structural Drawings ማንበብ እና መረዳት የሚችል።
• በBuilding፣ Substation፣ Industrial ወይም Infrastructure Projects ላይ የሥራ ልምድ ካለው ተመራጭ ነው።
• በEPC፣ FIDIC፣ International Projects ወይም Major Construction Tenders ላይ የሥራ ልምድ ካለው ተመራጭ ነው።
• በእንግሊዝኛ በጽሁፍም ሆነ በንግግር ጥሩ የመግባቢያ ችሎታ ያለው።
• በቻይናውያን የግንባታ ኩባንያዎች ወይም በዓለም አቀፍ የግንባታ ኩባንያዎች የሥራ ልምድ ካለው ተመራጭ ነው።

Position 4: የሲቪል ቴክኒካል መሐንዲስ

• የትምህርት ደረጃ: በCivil Engineering ወይም ተዛማጅ የትምህርት መስክ Bachelor’s Degree ወይም ከዚያ በላይ የትምህርት ደረጃ።
• የሥራ ልምድ: በCivil Construction፣ Contracting ወይም Consulting ዘርፍ ቢያንስ 2 ዓመት ተዛማጅ የሥራ ልምድ።

Skills Required

• ጠንካራ የAutoCAD እውቀት እና Civil/Structural Drawings ማንበብና መረዳት የሚችል።
• Method Statements / Construction Methodologies በግል ማዘጋጀት የሚችል።
• Quality Plans / Quality Control Plans ማዘጋጀት የሚችል።
• HSE Plans፣ Risk Assessments እና JSA/JHA ማዘጋጀት የሚችል።
• በBuilding Construction፣ Substation Civil Works፣ Industrial Buildings ወይም Infrastructure Projects ላይ ተግባራዊ የሥራ ልምድ ያለው።
• Reinforced Concrete፣ Foundations፣ Reinforcement፣ Formwork፣ Masonry እና ሌሎች የተለመዱ የሲቪል ግንባታ ሥራዎች ላይ ጥሩ የቴክኒክ እውቀት ያለው።
• በFIDIC፣ EPC ወይም International Construction Projects ላይ የሥራ ልምድ ካለው ተመራጭ ነው።
• በእንግሊዝኛ በጽሁፍም ሆነ በንግግር ጥሩ የመግባቢያ ችሎታ ያለው፣ በተለይም የቴክኒክ ሰነዶችን ማዘጋጀት የሚችል።
• Microsoft Word፣ Excel፣ PowerPoint እና AutoCAD በደንብ መጠቀም የሚችል።
• በቻይናውያን ኮንትራክተሮች ወይም በዓለም አቀፍ የግንባታ ኩባንያዎች የሥራ ልምድ ካለው ተመራጭ ነው።
• የኢትዮጵያን የግንባታ አሠራር፣ ደረጃዎች (Standards) እና የአካባቢያዊ ፕሮጀክት መስፈርቶችን ማወቅ ተጨማሪ ጥቅም ይሆናል።
