Position 1: Junior Sales & Marketing Officer (Social Media Manager)
Required Qualification and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience as a Marketing Officer, with significant experience in a manufacturing or food production environment.
Key Skills Required
- Proficiency in video editing using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush/Pro, or InShot.
- Food styling knowledge, including understanding of lighting, angles, and plating techniques to make food look appetizing.

Position 2: Senior Sales & Marketing Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience as a Senior Sales & Marketing Officer, with significant experience in a manufacturing or food production environment.

Position 3: Senior Cost Accountant
Required Qualification and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in cost accounting, with significant experience in a manufacturing or food production environment.
- In-depth knowledge of cost accounting principles, methods, and inventory valuation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams.

Position 4: Finished Goods Store Keeper
Required Qualification and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience as a Finished Goods Store Keeper, with significant experience in a food production company or related field.

Position 5: Production Supervisor
Required Qualification and Experience
- Education: BSc degree in Food Science, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience as a Production Supervisor, with significant experience in a manufacturing or food production environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams.

Position 6: Electrician
Required Qualification and Experience
- Education: TVET Diploma in Electricity or General Mechanics.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience as an Electrician in a food production company or other related organization.

Qualifications
