Role description

Position 1: High School & Primary School Main Teachers
Subjects: HPE, English, Amharic, PVA, Afaan Oromo, Self-Contained
Qualification:
- Degree: B.Ed, M.Sc or M.A., relevant to the subject taught.
- Experience: Mid to senior-level teaching experience.
- Skills: Strong communication, modern pedagogy, and student-centered learning.
Location: Addisu Gebeya, Winget, Gerji, Haya Hulet
Position 2: KG Main Teachers & Assistant Teachers
Qualification:
- Education: Diploma or Degree.
Location: Addisu Gebeya, Winget, Gerji, Haya Hulet
Position 3: Babysitters
Qualification & Experience:
- Education: 12th grade diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Education, ECCE, or a related field.
- Experience: Primary, early childhood, or classroom support experience preferred.
- Skills: Instructional support, patience, communication, and classroom management assistance.
Location: Addisu Gebeya, Winget, Gerji, Haya Hulet
Contract & Payroll: Contracts, payroll, disciplinary, and leave policies follow Ethiopian Labour Proclamation No. 1156/2019.
