Position 1: Talent Acquisition Officer  

Qualification: MBA/MA/BA degree in human resource management, management, business administration, economics, business leadership, marketing management, or related fields.

- Work Experience: 3 to 4 years of general work experience, including 1 year in a position such as Associate HCM Officer II, Associate Human Capital Shared Services Officer II, or an equivalent role.

- Terms of Employment: Permanent after the probation period.

- Job Grade: X  
- Salary: As per the Bank’s salary scale.

- Workplace: Head Office  

Position 2: Human Capital Shared Services Officer  

Qualification: MBA/MA/BA degree in human resource management, management, business administration, economics, business leadership, marketing management, or related fields.

- Work Experience: 3 to 4 years of general work experience, including 1 year in a position such as Associate HCM Officer II, Associate Human Capital Shared Services Officer II, or an equivalent role.

- Terms of Employment: Permanent after the probation period.

- Job Grade: X  
- Salary: As per the Bank’s salary scale.

- Workplace: Head Office  

Position 3: Senior Talent Acquisition Officer – I  

Qualification: MBA/MA/BA degree in human resource management, management, business administration, economics, business leadership, marketing management, or related fields.

- Work Experience: 4 to 5 years of relevant work experience, including 1 year in a role such as Talent Acquisition Officer, HCM Officer, or an equivalent position.

- Terms of Employment: Permanent after the probation period.

- Job Grade: XI  
- Salary: As per the Bank’s salary scale.

- Workplace: Head Office  

Position 4: Senior Talent Acquisition Officer – II  

Qualification: MBA/MA/BA degree in human resource management, management, business administration, economics, business leadership, marketing management, or related fields.

- Work Experience: 5 to 6 years of general work experience, including 1 year in a position such as Senior Talent Acquisition Officer I, Senior HCM Officer I, or an equivalent role.

- Terms of Employment: Permanent after the probation period.

Position 5: Senior Dispute Resolution and Fraud Monitoring Officer I  

Qualifications: MBA/MA/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields in the banking industry.

- Work Experience: 4 to 5 years of general work experience, including 1 year in a position such as dispute resolution and fraud monitoring officer or an equivalent role.

- Terms of Employment: Permanent after the probation period.

- Job Grade: XI  
- Salary: As per the Bank’s salary scale.

- Workplace: Head Office (Digital)  

Position 6: Senior IT Project Management Officer – II  

Qualifications: MSc/BSc degree in computer engineering, IT, computer science, information systems, information science, or related fields.

- Work Experience: 5 to 6 years of general work experience, including 1 year in a position such as Senior IT Project Management Officer – I, or an equivalent role.
Project management experience is beneficial.
- Salary: As per the Bank’s salary scale.

- Job Grade: XII  
- Workplace: Head Office  

Position 7: Senior IT Project Management Officer – I  

Qualifications: MSc/BSc degree in computer engineering, IT, computer science, information systems, information science, or related fields.

- Work Experience: 4 to 5 years of general work experience, including 1 year in a position such as IT project management officer or an equivalent role.
Project management experience is beneficial.
- Salary: As per the Bank’s salary scale.

Position 8: Senior Human Capital Shared Services Manager Officer II  

Qualification: MBA/MA/BA degree in human resource management, management, business administration, economics, business leadership, marketing management, or related fields.

- Work Experience: 5 to 6 years of general work experience, including 1 year in a position such as Senior Human Capital Shared Services Officer I, Senior HCM Officer I, or an equivalent role.

- Terms of Employment: Permanent after the probation period.

Position 9: Branch Manager  

Qualifications: MBA/MA/BA degree in management, business administration, economics, accounting, finance, business leadership, marketing management, or related fields.

- Experience: 4 to 5 years of general work experience, including 1 year in a position such as MBOM-I, CSM I, or an equivalent role in the banking industry.

- Terms of Employment: Permanent after the probation period.

- Job Grade: XI

- Workplace: Branches under North Finfinne District (Sandafa and Gaba Jimata Branches)  

Position 10: Branch Manager – I  

Qualifications: MBA/MA/BA degree in management, business administration, economics, accounting, finance, business leadership, marketing management, or related fields.

- Experience: 5 to 6 years of general work experience, including 2 years in a position such as BM, MBOM-II, CSM II, or an equivalent role.

- Terms of Employment: Permanent after the probation period.

- Job Grade: XII  
- Salary: As per the Bank’s salary scale.

- Workplace: Branch under Jimma District (Darimu Branch)  

Position 11: Manager, Banking Operation Management – I  

Qualifications: MBA/MA/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields.

- Work Experience: 3 to 4 years of general work experience, including 1 year in a position such as Senior Internal Controller – I, Senior Customer Service Officer Cash – I, or an equivalent role in the banking industry.

- Terms of Employment: Permanent after the probation period.

- Job Grade: X  
- Workplace: Branches under Jimma District (Mizan, Dedo, Bure Branches)  

Position 12: Manager, Banking Operation  

Qualifications: MBA/MA/BA degree in management, business administration, economics, accounting, finance, business leadership, marketing management, or related fields.

- Experience: 7 to 8 years of general work experience, including 2 years in a position such as BM – I or an equivalent role.

- Terms of Employment: Permanent after the probation period.

- Job Grade: XIII  
- Salary: As per the Bank’s salary scale.

- Workplace: Branch under South Finfinne District (Artis Ali Bira Branch)  

Position 13: Manager, Banking Business  

Qualifications: MBA/MA/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management, or related fields.

- Experience: 7 to 8 years of general work experience, including 2 years in a position such as Retail CRM, MFCRM, BM – I, or an equivalent role in the banking industry.

- Terms of Employment: Permanent after the probation period.

- Job Grade: XIII
