Position 1: Marketing Officer

Qualification:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing management, business management, economics, or related fields.

Experience:
- Minimum of two years of relevant work experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create and carry out marketing strategies to improve brand recognition and boost sales.

- Carry out market research and analyze customer trends, competitor actions, and market opportunities.

- Plan and execute promotional campaigns.

- Build and maintain strong connections with distributors, retailers, and key customers.

- Prepare marketing reports and assess the effectiveness of campaigns.

- Assist in product launches and new market development.

Coordinate with the sales and production teams to manage product availability in the market.

Position 2: Sales Person (Door-to-Door Sales)

Qualification:

Experience:

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform door-to-door sales to promote and sell the company's products.

- Visit retail shops, supermarkets, wholesalers, hotels, restaurants, and other potential customers daily.

- Identify and develop new customers and sales prospects.

- Build and sustain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

- Meet monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.

- Monitor customer stock levels and recommend orders for restocking.

- Gather information on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.

- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.

- Promote new products, special offers, and marketing campaigns.

- Ensure compliance with national and international food safety regulations.

- Monitor product quality at every stage, from receiving raw materials to processing, packaging, and storage.

- Lead quality inspections, audits, and corrective actions.

- Create and update quality control procedures and documentation.

- Investigate quality issues and take preventive measures.

- Train staff on quality assurance and food safety practices.

Coordinate laboratory testing and product quality checks.
