Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia Experience: Not required
Educational Requirements
BSc degree in Electrical Engineering from a public or government university. Minimum CGPA of 3.6. Must have graduated in 2026.
Experience Requirements
No prior professional experience is required.
2. Sales Executive – Field and Office Hybrid
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia Experience: 1–4 years
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience Requirements
1–4 years of proven experience in outdoor or field sales, corporate (B2B) sales, or industrial sales. Experience in Ethiopia's construction or engineering sectors is highly preferred.
Required Skills
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills in Amharic and English. Technical aptitude and resilience. Good organizational and reporting skills.
3. Head of Commercial
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia Experience: 3–5 years, including leadership experience
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field. A relevant professional qualification or master's degree is an added advantage.
Required Skills
Sales and marketing strategy development. Tender management, procurement, and bid documentation. Pricing and contract negotiation. Leadership, communication, and analytical planning. Financial awareness and budget management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with CRM and tender management systems is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement commercial strategies. Lead sales and business development activities. Oversee tendering and bid preparation. Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements. Monitor market trends and business opportunities. Manage budgets and performance targets. Lead and develop the commercial team.
