Position: Sales Manager

Infonans Solution PLC is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead enterprise sales activities and oversee end-to-end project execution.

Addis Ababa (Around Urael)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, International Trade, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience

  • At least 2 years of experience in enterprise or corporate sales, preferably in the ICT or technology industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of projects from the sales stage through implementation and successful delivery.
  • Lead commercial negotiations with international vendors to secure competitive pricing and favorable business terms.
  • Review Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and supervise presales activities to ensure Bills of Quantities (BoQs) are technically and financially accurate.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end supply chain process, including international shipments, Letters of Credit (LCs), Telegraphic Transfers (TTs), customs clearance, and client delivery.
  • Monitor project profitability and make informed decisions to protect business margins by avoiding high-risk, low-return opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with technical, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely project execution and effective cross-functional communication.
