Position 1: Sales Consultant

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in real estate or a related industry
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and closing transactions
• Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or real estate is an added advantage
• Knowledge of the Addis Ababa real estate market is preferred

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Fluency in Amharic; English communication skills are an advantage

• Experience in real estate, hospitality, or property development is highly preferred
• Proven record of consistently achieving sales targets
