About the Role
Red Cloud ICT Solutions is seeking motivated Junior IT Engineers to join its team at Goro ICT Park. This role is ideal for IT graduates eager to gain hands‑on experience in cybersecurity, cloud computing, AI, and automation projects .
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain security policies for cloud servers. Monitor system and network performance, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when necessary. Assist in security operations, permissions, and access control. Configure and maintain network devices (routers, firewalls). Participate in cybersecurity project activities and infrastructure setups. Learn and implement trending technologies, AI, and automation tools. Apply basic programming or scripting knowledge (Python, Bash). Support virtualization and server administration tasks. Document system configurations, network diagrams, and procedures. Collaborate with senior engineers to optimize server and network performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields. Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux/Ubuntu server administration. Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SSH). Familiarity with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, or similar). Basic scripting skills (Python or Bash preferred). Strong problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Eagerness to learn and grow in a technical environment.
Skills Required
Operating Systems: Windows, macOS, Linux. Good listening and problem‑solving abilities. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
