Rammis Bank S.C Vacancy invites qualified applicants for the following job positions. Rammis Bank is an Interest-free bank, also known as Islamic banking that operates on the principles of Sharia law, which prohibits the payment, or receipt of interest and provides a range of products and services that comply with Islamic finance principles.

Position 1: Trainee Graphics Designer
Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Experience: No prior experience but Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or all other equivalent design software.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Good understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual composition.
- Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively.
- A portfolio of academic, personal, freelance, or previous design work is an advantage.
Duty Station: Head Office
Position 2: Customer Service Officer
Qualification: BA degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field or other-related fields.
Experience: A minimum of 1 year of banking experience at Customer Service Officer, Junior Customer Service Officer, Bank Trainee, or equivalent positions.
Duty Stations: Central District Branches ( Addis Ababa and its surrounding) at Adama, Ehil Berenda, Mercato, Gofa, Kolfe and Tulu Dimtu Branches.
Position 3: Senior Customer Service Officer – Cash
Qualification: BA degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field or other-related fields.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of banking experience, out of which 1 year at Cashier, Customer Service Officer, Associate Customer Service Officer, or other equivalent positions.
Duty Stations: Central District Branches ( Addis Ababa), Bule-Hora, G.Wako Gutu, Halaba, Moyale, Negele Borena, Meisso, Jimma, Agaro, Bedele, Gesha, Dedo, Mizan, Tepi, Yebu, Shebe
Position 4: Branch Operation Supervisor
Qualification: BA degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field or other-related fields.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of banking experience, out of which 1 year at Branch Accountant, Customer Service Officer, Associate Customer Service Officer, or other equivalent positions.
Location: Central District Branches (Addis Ababa), Adele, Angetu, Halaba, Hawasa, Negele Borena, Dila, Asendabo, Yebu, Dedo, Gesha, Shebe, Mettu
Position 5: Capital Market and Investor Relations Officer I
Qualification: BA degree in Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or other-related fields.
Experience: A minimum of 1 years of banking experiences of which experience in Trainee, assistant, Junior, officer or equivalent role
Duty Station: Head Office
Position 6: Retail & MSME Officer III
Qualification: BA degree in Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or other related fields.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of related experience of which 2 years at Officer level. Experience in preparing report with different excel format is preferable.

Position 7: Grade I Branch Manager
Qualification: BA degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field or other-related fields.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant banking experience, out of which 3 years as Assistant Branch Manager, Customer Service Manager, Branch Business Manager, Branch Operation Manager, or other equivalent positions.
Locations: Central District Branches (Addis Ababa), Miesso, Bedeno, Bedessa, Beroda, Boke Tiko, Deder, Harar(Abadir), Jijiga, Dodola
Position 8: Customer Relationship Officer III
Qualification: BA degree in Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or other related fields.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of related experience, of which 1 year as CRO level in the Financing area.

Position 9: Senior Human Resource Management Officer
Qualification: BA degree in Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or other related fields.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experiences out of which 2 years at talent management ,HR operations, HR Transaction Officer, or equivalent positions.
Location: Head Office
Position 10: Principal I, Private Customer Relationship Management
Qualification: BA degree in Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or other related fields.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of banking experiences out of which 2 years at team leader/senior Institution & Diaspora Customer Relationship Officer or equivalent role.
