Job Summary:
The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for the accurate measurement, quantification, and documentation of construction works and materials. The position focuses on preparing quantity take-offs, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), material quantity analyses, and quantity verification for budgeting, procurement, project monitoring, and payment certification purposes.

Required Technical Skills
Compliance & Commercial Governance.
Qualifications & Requirements
BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, and construction measurement.
Experience in building construction and real estate development projects is preferable.
Skills & Competencies:
High numerical accuracy.
Strong analytical and calculation skills.
Attention to detail.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines.
Strong organizational skills.
Software & Technical Skills:
Excellent knowledge of quantity surveying and measurement techniques.
Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Proficiency in BOQ preparation and quantity analysis.
Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete, finishing, and infrastructure works.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Familiarity with AutoCAD and quantity take-off software is an advantage.
