Comunità Volontari per il Mondo (CVM) is inviting qualified and experienced professionals to apply for the position of Project Technical Facilitator. The organization is looking for a dedicated candidate who can support WASH project implementation, construction supervision, and field-level coordination.

Position: Project Technical Facilitator

Required Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Experience and Requirements

Applicants should have:

• Minimum of 3–4 years of experience in WASH project construction.
• Proven experience in project management, coordination, and team supervision.
• Practical experience supervising construction sites.
• Strong problem-solving ability and capacity to motivate and support teams.
• Willingness to work in field-based project locations.
• Ability to lead with integrity, respect, and professionalism.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Amharic (both written and spoken).
• Knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
