Required Skills:
2–3 years of supervisory and staff management experience
Experience managing development or humanitarian programs, preferably with INGOs
Experience building partnerships with local and international organizations
Strong budget planning and financial management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and representation skills
Experience working with local implementing partners
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365)
