Role description

Job Purpose:
To operate, monitor, ensure production procedures are carried out smoothly to maximize efficiency of the machines and track their performance in order to achieve the company`s quantity and quality Objectives.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Strictly following the machine`s SOP the operator should operate, monitor & track performance of any machine and its parts he/she is assigned to.
Identify which type of bottles are going to be used on daily basis and prepare the necessary guides, stars, and adjusting the height
Capable of changing parts of the machines and conduct very light maintenance
Prepare the necessary packaging materials (crown cork, corks, wine, capsule labels, gas oil, caustic soda …. etc.)
Efficiently use raw and packaging materials.
Cleaning and tidying of machines, equipment and surrounding area
Execute monthly and weekly maintenance activities upon schedule
Must be able to participate and work with technical team on annual overall maintenance activity.
Must be able to solve some technical problems and work closely with good cooperation with the technical team developing additional skills and knowledge
Apply lubrication or grease for the parts that require according to the schedule.
Knowledge of and compliance with all company Policies and Safety Procedures
Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Be able to work morning and afternoon shift, may be required to work overtime hours or weekends
Complete all production reports and forms both accurately and legibly
Report any deviations from standard practice, procedure (out of specification) to line manager
Report any safety issues to the Supervisor/ line manager
Implementing and respecting all tasks in compliance with standards and respecting all the set parameters by the system.
Keeping records and documentations in compliance with the standards.
Respecting and following all the work instructions, cleaning and sanitation procedures and hygienic requirements and GMPs demanded by the system.

Perform other duties as required or assigned by Supervisors
Education:
TVET level III or TVET Level II in Production Technology or General Mechanics or Electricity or related fields with Competency Certification
Experience:
2 Years of Work Experience for TVET Level III or 4 Years Work Experience For TVET Level II in   production operations or operating machinery and equipment to manufacture products  or related activities.
