Position 1: Pediatrician

Qualifications

• Medical Doctor (MD) with a specialization in Pediatrics.
• Valid professional license to practice.

Position 2: General Practitioner (GP)

Qualifications

• Medical Doctor (MD) degree.
• Valid professional license.
• No prior work experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a healthcare team.
• Dedicated to providing compassionate and patient-centered medical care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations and medical examinations.
• Diagnose and manage common illnesses and medical conditions.
• Provide emergency medical treatment when required.
• Request and interpret laboratory investigations.
• Prescribe medications and treatment plans.
• Refer patients to specialists when necessary.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Participate in health education and awareness activities.
• Support inpatient services and participate in night duty schedules.

Position 3: Clinical Nurse

Qualifications

• Diploma in Clinical Nursing.
• Valid nursing license.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Compassionate and committed to quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients' health conditions.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Monitor and record patients' vital signs.
• Assist physicians during examinations and medical procedures.
• Provide wound care and other nursing services.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment and recovery.
• Maintain accurate nursing records.
• Respond promptly to emergencies.
• Participate in rotating night shifts.

Position 4: BSc Nurse

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Valid professional license.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
• Strong commitment to compassionate, patient-centered healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes.
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments.
• Coordinate patient care with other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation.
• Provide patient and family education.
• Support infection prevention and control activities.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Work rotating shifts, including night duty.
