Job Summary
The office Administration (Secatoryr) Prrovides high-level administrative and secretarial support to senior executives. The role ensures smooth office operations, effective communication, and efficient coordination of executive activities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings
Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.
Handle correspondence (emails, letters, calls) on behalf of senior management
Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents
Maintain confidential records, files, and documents
Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for executives
Act as a liaison between management, staff, and external stakeholders
Monitor office supplies and ensure administrative efficiency
Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and action points for management
Support planning and execution of company events and meetings
Ensure proper document control and filing systems
Skills & Competencies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Strong attention to detail

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Secretarial Science, Business Administration, Management, or related field
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of relevant secretarial or administrative experience
Experience supporting senior executives is required
