Role description

Participate in the Creation and implementation of training programs based on needs identified by supervisors or customers.
Assist the senior training coordination and follow up Expert in measuring the effectiveness of training programs by collecting data on participant satisfaction and retention rates.
Participate in the Developing and maintaining of training materials such as manuals, workbooks, and presentations.
Assist the senior training coordination and follow up expert in Designing and developing computer-based training programs using special software packages such as Adobe Captivate or Articulate Presenter.
Record and transcribe training sessions and provide feedback to trainers.
Assist the senior training coordination and follow up expert in Conducting surveys to determine customers’ training needs in specific job functions or areas of customer’s needs.
Assist the senior training coordination and follow up expert in developing and delivering training programs using various methods such as classroom instruction, online learning, or e-learning programs.
Performs related duties as may be required.
