Nib Insurance Company invites qualified applicants for the following positions.

Nib Insurance Company (NIC) was established by 658 shareholders with an authorized capital of Birr 50.0 million and a Paid-Up Capital of Birr 14.0 million in May 02, 2002 with 4 branches in Addis Ababa and a total staff size of not more than 50.

Currently, the paid up capital has reached to Birr 250 million and the number of shareholders increased to 1,014. NIC provides both General (Non-Life) Insurance and Life Assurance Services to its clients.

Position 1: Human Resource Officer I

Qualification:

  • BA in Management or Human Resource Management or Public Administration or in related fields
  • Applicants must be graduates of 2025/26 G.C or 2018 E.C and who scored passing mark in the exit exam
  • Work experience:  None
  •  Job Grade: V

Salary and benefit –as per the Company’s salary scale and benefit packages

Place of work: Head Office, Addis Ababa

Position 2: Research and Product Development Officer I

Qualification:

  • BA/BSc Degree in Banking and Insurance or Management or marketing or Economics or in related fields
  • Applicants must be graduates of 2025/26 G.C or 2018 E.C and who scored passing mark in the exit exam
  • Work experience:  None
  • Job Grade: V

Salary and benefit –as per the Company’s salary scale and benefit packages

Place of work: Head Office, Addis Ababa

Position 3: Surveyor I

  • Qualification:  B.Sc. Degree in Automotive Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or in related fields
  • Work experience: 2 Years experience as Junior Surveyor or in a similar position
  • Job Grade: VI

Place of work: Head Office, Addis Ababa

Position 4: Auditor II

  • Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting or Accounting and Finance or Management or in related fields
  • Work experience:  4 years relevant experience, of which 2 years in Auditor I or in a similar position
  • Job Grade: VII
