Position 1: Messenger / Office Assistant
Qualifications
Minimum completion of Diploma. Valid driving license. Previous experience as a messenger or office assistant preferred. Honest, reliable, and physically fit. Good knowledge of Addis Ababa customs and government/private offices is an advantage.
Position 2: Sales & Marketing Officer
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in sales and marketing. Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written). Strong customer handling and relationship management skills. Ability to prepare professional presentations, proposals, and quotations. Excellent email writing and business correspondence skills. Experience in planning and executing social media marketing campaigns. Ability to identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets. Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, social media tools). Self‑motivated, creative, target‑oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
Position 3: Accountant
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, or related field. Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience. Practical knowledge of Peachtree and other accounting software. Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, financial reporting, and account reconciliation. Ability to follow up on receivables, payables, and financial transactions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
