Programme Overview

Eligibility
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in one of the following fields: Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Geological Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Management, Computer Engineering/Computer Science Economics, Management, Accounting, Corporate Finance, or related disciplines Skills: Positive, dynamic, proactive attitude; critical thinking; willingness to learn; availability for mobility.
Programme Benefits
Financial: Traineeship grant, travel allowance for mobilized employees. Leave: 30 days annual leave for mobilized employees; 3 extra days after first year for Portugal‑based employees. Mobility: 3 international flights per year for mobilized employees. Equipment: Laptop, phone, and/or company vehicle (if applicable). Training: Corporate onboarding, transversal leadership training, continuous mentoring, technical and language training. Work Conditions: Fixed working hours, remote work options (if applicable).
