1️⃣ Production Manager (m/f)
Education: Degree in Mining Engineering, Geotechnics, or Geology. Experience: 5+ years in mining, preferably open‑pit gold mining. Skills: Proficiency in Vulcan, Surpac, AutoCAD, Opti‑Blast, ArcGIS; fluent in English; leadership and customer focus. Responsibilities: Manage and optimize mine production, supervise operations, ensure safety, efficiency, and profitability.
2️⃣ Superintendent | Mining (Load & Haul) (m/f)
Education: Secondary school certificate or technical qualification (preferred). Experience: Mining projects (gold mine), with focus on loading and haulage. Skills: Initiative, planning, teamwork, leadership; English fluency preferred. Responsibilities: Supervise load & haul operations, ensure productivity, compliance with safety and environmental standards.
3️⃣ Planning & Reliability Manager (m/f)
Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Experience: 5+ years in maintenance planning for quarry/mining equipment. Skills: MS Office (Excel), SAP (preferred), English fluency, problem‑solving, leadership. Responsibilities: Oversee equipment maintenance planning, workshop organization, resource allocation, cost control, and compliance with safety rules. Location: Kurmuk, Ethiopia.
