Position 1: Executive Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative functions and ensure office operations run smoothly.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for internal and external meetings, Maintain financial files and records which are under his/ her custody, Schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Administer and monitor the financial system to ensure that the finances are maintained in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Assist in preparing income statement, balance sheets, statement of cash flow and statement of change in equity.
  • Maintain a system for tracking correspondence, prioritizing tasks, and following up on outstanding matters to ensure prompt responses.

Job Requirement

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or in a related field of study with relevant work experience in a related field of study with relevant work experience
  • Experience: Minimum 0 year and maximum of 2 years
  • Gender: Female

Required Skills:

  • Strong computer skills (Peachtree, MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Position 2: Junior Accountant officer

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the transactions are properly coded and posted in the system as outlined in the company financial manual.
  • Prepare journal summaries
  • Establish, maintain and reconcile the periodic financial transactions as required.
  • Perform the monthly bank reconciliation once in every month end and as required.
  • Prepare and submit the periodic VAT declaration to the relevant tax office accordingly.

Job Requirement

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or in a related field of study with relevant work experience (Preferably in real estate industry)
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience

Position 3: Junior Architect

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Urban Planning.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of active practice in a design or construction firm.
  • Software Mastery: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/ArchiCAD, and 3D rendering software (Lumion/Enscape).
  • ​Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of local building codes, structural reinforcement, and material wastage management.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills for coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams (Architects, Structural Engineers, and Site Supervisors), and must prepare portfolio of their projects.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the official point of contact and representative for communication between organizations or groups.
  • Handell government (land management, municipal office,) and other offices relate to land management office

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, public relations, international relations, or a related field
  • Experience: For diploma 4 years and above experience and for bachelor degree 2 years and above.

Position 5: Administration and Human Resource Head

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the timely execution of strategic and operational directives received from the top management, oversee general office operations including maintenance, supplies, and equipment, Manage facility operations, security, transportation, and other administrative services.
  • Lead and manage the Human Resource and General Service teams, ensuring effective execution of all HR and administrative functions.
  • Lead HR and operational aspects of company growth initiatives

Job Requirement

  • Education: MA or BA Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or in a related field of study with relevant work experience

Position 6: Senior Accountant

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the transactions are properly coded and posted in the system as outlined in the company financial manual.
  • Prepare on quarterly basis the ageing report for all payables and receivables and continuously monitoring the liquidation of those balances as per the agreement which are in place and flag long outstanding balances for management for decision making.
  • Prepare journal summaries
  • Establish, maintain and reconcile the periodic financial transactions as required.
  • Perform the monthly bank reconciliation once in every month end and as required.
  • Administer and monitor the financial system to ensure that the finances are maintained in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Perform the monthly and year-end financial closings of the company’s account as required.
  • Prepare and submit the periodic VAT declaration to the relevant tax office accordingly.

Job Requirement

  • Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or in a related field of study with relevant work experience (Preferably in real estate industry)
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience

Position 7: Project Manager

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field or Master’s degree or PMP certification is an added advantage
  • Work Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as project manager
  • Demonstrated experience working on apartment complexes or real estate development projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
