Available Positions

1. Messenger (20 Positions)

Qualifications

  • Diploma, Level IV, Grade 12, or Grade 10 completion.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience as a messenger in a large organization.

2. Senior Customer Service Officer (Cash) – 20 Positions

Qualifications

  • BA Degree in Marketing, Accounting & Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience, including 1 year in the banking or microfinance sector.

3. IT Support Officer (6 Positions)

Qualifications

  • BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of IT support experience, preferably in banking or microfinance institutions.

4. Senior Customer Service Officer (20 Positions)

Qualifications

  • BA Degree in Marketing, Accounting & Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience, including 1 year in banking or microfinance.

5. Customer Service Manager I (20 Positions)

Qualifications

  • BA Degree in Marketing, Accounting & Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in a senior-level role within the banking or microfinance industry.

6. Branch Manager III (20 Positions)

Qualifications

  • MA/BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Economics, Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, Banking & Finance, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant work experience, including at least 1 year in a managerial position within banking or microfinance.

Qualifications

  • MA/BA Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or corporate performance monitoring, preferably in banking or microfinance.

9. Interest-Free Microfinance Business Relationship Manager I (3 Positions)

Qualifications

  • MA/BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Economics, Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, Banking & Finance, or a related field.
