Position 1: Junior Construction Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
- Review payment requests submitted by project offices.
- Prepare payment certificates for completed works.
- Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with contract agreements.
- Prepare engineering cost estimates for new construction projects.
- Participate in laboratory testing of construction materials.
Qualifications
- B.Sc. Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum CGPA of 3.5.
- Fresh graduates from the 2024/2025 academic year are encouraged to apply.

Position 2: Monitoring & Evaluation Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage an effective monitoring and evaluation framework with clear indicators, reporting tools, and data collection methods.
- Conduct baseline assessments covering infrastructure, basic services, and socio-economic conditions in project areas.
- Collect and analyze periodic data to measure project performance and development outcomes.
- Support the Project Manager and Department Head in preparing work plans and strengthening the monitoring system.
Qualifications
- B.Sc. Degree in Agricultural Economics, Economics, Natural Resource Management, Statistics, or a related field.
Experience
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in monitoring, impact assessment, and performance evaluation.

- Language Requirement: Good written and spoken English.
Position 3: Human Development Department Head
Key Responsibilities
- Create a supportive environment that promotes women's empowerment and youth income-generating initiatives.
- Identify the needs, challenges, and opportunities affecting women and young people within the project area.
- Participate in planning and implementing human development programs.
- Encourage women and local communities to actively engage in development activities.
- Promote income-generating opportunities for women and youth.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports.
- Monitor and supervise project activities to ensure they are implemented according to plan.
- Ensure project interventions remain practical and effective.
Qualifications
- B.Sc. Degree in Sociology, Social Work, Development Studies, or a related discipline.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in gender-related or community development work.
