Position 1: Junior Construction Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Review payment requests submitted by project offices.
• Prepare payment certificates for completed works.
• Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with contract agreements.
• Prepare engineering cost estimates for new construction projects.
• Participate in laboratory testing of construction materials.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum CGPA of 3.5.
• Fresh graduates from the 2024/2025 academic year are encouraged to apply.

• Collect and analyze periodic data to measure project performance and development outcomes.
• Support the Project Manager and Department Head in preparing work plans and strengthening the monitoring system.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. Degree in Agricultural Economics, Economics, Natural Resource Management, Statistics, or a related field.

Experience

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in monitoring, impact assessment, and performance evaluation.

Position 3: Human Development Department Head

Key Responsibilities

• Create a supportive environment that promotes women's empowerment and youth income-generating initiatives.
• Identify the needs, challenges, and opportunities affecting women and young people within the project area.
• Participate in planning and implementing human development programs.
• Encourage women and local communities to actively engage in development activities.
• Promote income-generating opportunities for women and youth.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports.
• Monitor and supervise project activities to ensure they are implemented according to plan.
• Ensure project interventions remain practical and effective.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. Degree in Sociology, Social Work, Development Studies, or a related discipline.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in gender-related or community development work.
