1. Legal Aid

Qualification

• Diploma or Diploma Equivalent in Law or a business-related field.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.

2. IT Auditor

Qualification

• BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or another related field.

Experience

• At least 3 years of relevant banking experience, including 1 year in an Officer position.

3. HR Business Partner

Qualification

• BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Management, Public Administration, or a related discipline.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the banking sector, including 1 year at Officer level.

4. Manager – Digital Channels & Support

Qualification

• MSc/BSc in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.

Experience

• 7 years (Master's Degree holders) or 9 years (Bachelor's Degree holders) of relevant banking technology or digital channel operations experience, including 2 years in a senior or equivalent leadership role managing ATM, POS, or digital banking support services.

5. Manager – Risk & Quality Assurance

Qualification

• MSc/MA/MBA/BSc/BA in Information Security, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, Banking, Finance, or related fields.

Experience

• 7/9 years of relevant banking experience in risk management, IT audit, or information security, including at least 3 years in a senior position.

6. Manager – Digital Financing Services

Qualification

• MA/MBA/MSc/BA/BSc in Finance, Economics, Banking, Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields.

Experience

• 7/9 years of banking experience, including at least 2 years in a senior role with expertise in digital lending, automated credit scoring, and straight-through processing (STP) lending systems.

7. Manager – Third Party System Integration & API Management

Qualification

• MBA/MA/MSc/BA/BSc in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.

Experience

• 7/9 years of relevant experience in banking, fintech partnerships, API management, or digital ecosystem development, including at least 3 years in a senior position.

8. Branch Manager Grade-I

Qualification

• BA Degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or another related discipline.

Experience

• Minimum of 7 years of banking experience, including:
  • At least 1 year as Assistant Branch Manager, Customer Service Manager, or Relationship Manager, or
  • 2 years as a Senior Officer in banking operations.
