Lalo Import & Export is a premier importer and distributor of high-quality cake ingredients and bakery inputs. With an expanding market presence, we are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and experienced Sales Professional to join our commercial team based at our Bulgaria operations.

Position: Sales Person / Sales Officer

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of proven work experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the food industry, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), or bakery ingredients sector.
• Education:  Bachelor’s degree in marketing management, Business Administration, Food Engineering, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal communication skills. Competence in basic sales calculation and client relationship management.
• Attributes: Result-oriented mindset, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a high level of professional integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• B2B Client Management: Identify, approach, and secure new business accounts with commercial bakeries, pastry shops, cafes, and hotels.
• Sales & Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets for imported cake ingredients through proactive field visits and direct sales.
• Relationship Building: Maintain regular contact with existing customers to ensure high satisfaction, handle inquiries, and secure repeat orders.
• Market Assessment: Monitor local market trends, tracking competitor pricing, newly introduced products, and customer needs to feedback to management.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare daily sales reports, process invoices accurately, and ensure smooth coordination with logistics for timely product delivery.
