Education: Level IV or BA in Biology, Food Science, Plant Science, or a related field Experience: No prior experience required Skills: Strong interpersonal communication skills and knowledge of international coffee quality standards Work Requirement: Willingness to work at different Kerchanshe Group sites Locations: Jimma, Bulehora, Guangua (Dilla area), and Kerchanshe sites
