Our Company Kaliti Food S.C (KFSC) has been in the Manufacturing industry for nearly a century (since 1938), taking its position as a pioneer and introducing food industrialization in Ethiopia. KFSC is a producer of various wheat-based products, operating on one of the largest food processing sites in Ethiopia. The Company’s primary and generic brand, Cerealia, has been a household brand name throughout Ethiopia for over 82 years and to this day continues to strive in the sector.
Position 1: Assistant Fleet Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and track routine preventative maintenance and emergency repairs to reduce vehicle downtime.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all vehicles meet local regulatory standards, monitor driver logs, and assist with accident investigations.
- Performance Monitoring: Utilize fleet management software to track fuel consumption, mileage, and general operating costs.
- Inventory Management: Oversee spare parts, tires, and essential supplies required for workshop repairs.
- Driver Supervision: Assist in assigning vehicles and dispatch operations, while managing daily driver rosters and performance.
- Vendor Relations: Coordinate with external service providers, fuel stations, and mechanics for outsourced repair work.
- Level 3 & Above in Auto mechanic or Automotive Technology. And at least 1 year experience in fleet managment.

Position 2: Senior Accountant Supervisor
- Bachelor’s Degree: Accounting, finance, or a highly related business field.
- Master’s Degree: MBA or Master of Accountancy often preferred.
- Professional Certifications: CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant).
- Industry Tenure: Minimum 10 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Manufacturing Background: At least 4 years specifically within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Supervisory Experience: Prior experience leading teams or managing financial closing cycles.
Technical & Professional Skills
- ERP Proficiency: Deep experience with manufacturing-focused ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Cost Accounting: Advanced knowledge of standard costing, variance calculation, and overhead allocation formulas.
- Inventory Valuation: Mastery of FIFO, LIFO, and weighted average inventory calculation methods.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Executive Secretery
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an executive administrative or secretarial role, preferably within FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or food manufacturing.

Position 4: Senior Automation & Instrument Technician/Engineer
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Electrical Engineering
- Instrumentation & Control Engineering
- Automation Engineering
- Electronics Engineering
- Alternatively, a Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Instrumentation or Electrical Engineering with extensive relevant experience (for technician-level appointments).
Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in industrial automation and instrumentation.
- Experience with continuous process industries is an advantage.

Position 5: Area Sales Manager
Required Qualifications & Attributes
- BA Degree in Marketing Management, Business Management or related field of study or Diploma in similar fields of study
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience with FMCG Company in Door-to-door sales.
- Proven sales experience.
- Track record of over-achieving quota.
- Experience working with Sales force or similar CRM.
- Familiarity with different sales techniques.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and driven
