Position 1: Transistor
Education: BA Degree in Management, Accounting or Economics
Experience: 2–4 years’ work experience in import
Position 2: Senior Secretary
Education: BA Degree in Secretarial Science and Office Management or related fields of study
Related Work Experience: 3–5 years direct experience in import Company, and/or Construction Company
Position 3: Accountant
Education: BA Degree in Accounting
Experience: 3–5 years’ work experience in Finance (As General Accountant)
Position 4: Procurement Officer
Education: BA Degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, ICT or related fields of study
Experience: 4 years direct experience in construction companies
Number of People Required: 2
Position 5: Public Relation Officer
Education: BA Degree in Journalism, Public Relation or related fields of study
Related Work Experience: 4 years and above experience
Additional Requirement: Video Editing and Photograph Exposure is mandatory
Position 6: Trainer and Examiner of Operator and Driver
Education: BSc Degree and above in General Mechanics, Auto Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
Related Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a driver, heavy equipment operator, and a similar training role and examiner
Position 7: Senior Office Engineer (Real Estate)
Education: BA Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction and Technology Management or relevant related fields of study
Related Work Experience: 5–7 years of experience in Real Estate Construction Company
Position 8: Concrete Pump Operator and Driver
Education: Grade 8 and above
Valid Driver’s License: Required
Experience: 6 years and above experience
Position 9: Senior Office Engineer (Plant and Production)
Education: BA Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction and Technology Management or relevant related fields of study
Experience: 6–8 years of experience in plant and HCB and Tiles Production construction Company
Position 10: Project Secretary
Education: BA Degree in Secretarial Science and Office Management or related fields of study
Related Work Experience: 6 years and above experience in construction company

Related Work Experience: 8 years and above experience in construction Company

Position 13: Local Purchase Section Head
Education: BA Degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Marketing Management, Business Administration or relevant related fields of study
Experience: 10 years and above, out of this at least 5 years direct experience in construction industry
Position 14: Insurance Division Head
Education: BA Degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A law degree with insurance specialization is also highly valued.
Experience: 10 years and above, out of this at least 5 years direct experience in construction industry
Position 15: Senior Accountant
Education: BA Degree in Accounting
Experience: 10 years and above experience in construction company
Position 16: Building and Real-estate Department Manager
Education: BA Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction and Technology Management or relevant related fields of study
Related Work Experience: 10 years and above work experience at managerial level in Real Estate industry, and out of this at least 5 years direct experience in Real Estate Company.
