Required Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer success roles.
• Strong understanding of direct sales techniques and strategies.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong motivation and teamwork spirit.

Position 2: Procurement Officer

Required Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

• Strong knowledge of procurement procedures and supplier evaluation.
• Experience in contract negotiation and management.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement tools.

Required Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree (2025/2026 graduates only) in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

• Ability to lift and handle batteries up to 32 kg.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours (6:00 AM – 10:00 PM shift window).

• Proven leadership experience managing customer-facing teams.
• Strong communication and process improvement skills.
• Fluency in English and Amharic.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Zoho, Zendesk, or similar tools.
