Position 1: Junior Data Analyst
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, IT, MIS, Mathematics, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Business Analytics, or related fields
- 0–2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence
- Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, advanced formulas)
- Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or Tableau is a plus
- Strong analytical and data visualization skills
Location: Ethiopia
Position 2: Internal Audit Officer
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, Business Administration, MIS, IT, or related fields
- At least 2 years of experience in auditing, compliance, or risk management
- Good understanding of internal controls and audit procedures
- Experience with ERP systems is an advantage
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
Position 3: Stock Control Officer
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Accounting, Business Administration, MIS, IT, or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management
- Strong understanding of stock control and ERP systems
- Good Excel and data management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
Position 4: HR & People Welfare Coordinator
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or related fields
- At least 3 years of HR or employee relations experience
- Knowledge of Ethiopian labor law and HR practices
- Experience in employee welfare programs is an advantage
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Position 5: Sales & Distribution Officer
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, MIS, IT, or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, FMCG, telecom, or distribution
- Strong sales and customer relationship skills
- Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
- Willingness to travel frequently
Position 6: Senior Finance Officer
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking & Finance, or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, budgeting, or financial management
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and analysis
- Experience with ERP systems and financial modeling is preferred
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
