Position 1: Junior Customer Service & Compliance Officer

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law.
  • Training in customer service, contract administration, compliance, or dispute resolution is an added advantage.

Experience

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant work experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous internship or work experience in real estate, customer service, legal practice, contract administration, compliance, or related fields is considered an asset.

Position 2: General Manager – Yekatit Paper Converting PLC

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Management, Operations Management, Industrial Management, Manufacturing Management, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Printing Technology, Packaging Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • An MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is highly desirable.

Experience

  • Minimum of 13 years of progressively responsible experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • At least 7 years in senior executive roles such as General Manager, Deputy General Manager, Operations Director, Plant Director, Factory Manager, or similar positions.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end manufacturing operations with full profit and loss (P&L) responsibility.
  • Prior experience in paper converting, printing, packaging, or related manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in business transformation, operational turnaround, productivity enhancement, cost optimization, organizational restructuring, and performance improvement initiatives.

Position 3: Procurement Officer

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Procurement and Supply Management, Purchasing and Supplies Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Management, Economics, Accounting, or another related field.
  • Professional procurement certification is an advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain management, or contract administration.
  • Experience within corporate offices, manufacturing, construction, trading companies, or diversified business groups is highly preferred.
  • Experience in procurement coordination and reporting is an added advantage.
