Position 1: Graduate Paid Intern

Program Overview

The Graduate Paid Internship Program is designed to help fresh graduates gain practical experience in a professional work environment while building technical and workplace skills.

Number of Positions: 5

Duration: 3 Months (with the possibility of extension based on performance)

Location: Addis Ababa

Internship Benefit: Monthly paid stipend

Eligible Fields of Study

Applicants must hold a Bachelor's Degree in one of the following disciplines:

• Management
• Accounting and Finance
• Marketing Management
• Business Management
• Mechanical Engineering
• Industrial Engineering
• Electromechanical Engineering

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants should:

• Be graduates of June 2026.
• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in one of the listed fields.
• Have a preferred minimum CGPA of 3.00.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and a willingness to learn.

Position 2: Junior Accountant

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, or a related field.

Experience

• 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience is mandatory.

Key Requirements

Candidates should have:

• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Familiarity with Ethiopian tax regulations (preferred).
• Experience with accounting software such as Peachtree, QuickBooks, or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• High attention to detail, integrity, and professionalism.
