Position: Wheelchair Assistant / Passenger Assistant
Key Responsibilities
Assist passengers requiring wheelchair support throughout the airport. Provide safe and professional passenger handling services. Guide passengers through airport facilities with courtesy and care. Ensure smooth boarding and disembarkation processes. Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining safety standards.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or Level IV or above in Clinical Nursing or Health Sciences from a recognized college or university. Zero+ years of experience (fresh graduates may apply). Knowledge of airport layout and customer service skills preferred. Physical ability to aid wheelchair passengers and maneuver wheelchairs. Good command of English; Arabic or other languages are advantageous. Age: Below 35 years.
