Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in a related field. At least 4 years of experience in a client-facing role within financial institutions in Ethiopia . Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language . Understanding of micro-businesses, loans, and savings products is an advantage. Strong customer service skills. Excellent computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word . Strong interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and fast-paced environment. Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated perseverance and personal integrity.
