Position: Brand & Sales Ambassador – Laboratory & Analytical Technology
Job Summary
As a Brand & Sales Ambassador, you will represent IKA externally, strengthen brand awareness, and generate sales opportunities through marketing and sales activities. This role offers exposure to international business operations and the chance to contribute to IKA’s growth in Ethiopia.
Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue development within assigned territory. Expand market share and enhance customer satisfaction. Act as local contact for IKA customers and channel partners. Implement local sales and marketing activities. Visit existing and potential customers to present IKA solutions. Identify and close sales opportunities across targeted industries. Support channel partners in promoting IKA products. Provide feedback on customer requests, market trends, and competitor activities. Maintain customer data and report activities via IKA CRM system.
Qualifications
Highly motivated, outgoing personality with strong communication and negotiation skills. First experience in sales preferred. Basic understanding of IKA products and applications. Reliable, professional demeanor with quick learning ability. Strong English language skills (spoken and written). Technical or scientific education is a plus but not mandatory. Willingness and ability to travel within assigned territory. Driving license and own car desirable.
