Gift Real Estate PLC is seeking qualified and experienced professionals to fill the following positions at its Head Office.

Position 1: Human Resource Officer

Educational Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Management, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Business Management, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years in a similar position.

Key Responsibilities & Competencies

  • Manage recruitment and selection activities to attract and retain qualified talent.
  • Utilize HR information systems and technology tools to improve HR operations and reporting.
  • Conduct research and data analysis to support strategic HR decisions.
  • Develop and implement employee training and development initiatives.
  • Coordinate employee orientation and onboarding programs.
  • Support performance management and employee development processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling employee information.
  • Foster positive employee relations and workplace engagement.

Position 2: Chief Project Manager / Project Follow-up, Coordination & Monitoring Division Manager

Educational Qualification & Experience

  • BSc or MSc in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years (BSc) or 8 years (MSc) of general experience.
  • At least 4 years (BSc) or 2 years (MSc) of experience in project management, project monitoring, coordination, or construction project supervision.

  • Minimum of 10 years (BSc) or 8 years (MSc) of general experience in building design projects.
  • At least 4 years (BSc) or 2 years (MSc) of experience as a Senior Design Architect.

  • At least 4 years (BSc) or 2 years (MSc) of specific experience in office engineering activities.

Educational Qualification & Experience

  • BSc Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Total experience of 5 years (Degree holders) or 8 years (Diploma holders).
  • Minimum of 3 years (Degree holders) or 4 years (Diploma holders) of direct experience serving as a Safety Officer on construction projects.
