Position 1: Assistant Teacher
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in both Amharic and English.
- Strong interest in teaching and child development.
- Patient, dependable, and eager to learn.
Experience
- 0–2 years (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.)
Grade Level
- Grades 1–4
Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead teachers with classroom instruction and daily lesson delivery.
- Prepare teaching materials and learning resources.
- Provide academic support to individual students or small groups.
- Help maintain attendance records and student files.
- Supervise students during classroom sessions and school activities.
- Ensure the classroom remains clean, organized, and safe.
- Support communication with parents and assist during school events.
- Help manage classroom activities when required.

Position 2: Cashier
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Basic computer and spreadsheet skills.
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and POS systems is an advantage.
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Honest, responsible, and customer-service oriented.
Experience
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.)
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and record cash and other payments accurately.
- Issue receipts, invoices, and payment confirmations.
- Prepare daily cash reconciliation reports.
- Maintain financial records and transaction logs.
- Manage petty cash and approved refunds.
- Respond to payment-related inquiries professionally.
- Safeguard cash and financial documents.
- Coordinate bank deposits and related financial procedures.
- Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Position 3: Main Teacher
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related teaching field.
- Strong classroom management and instructional skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Amharic and English.
- Computer literacy is required.
- Passion for teaching and student development.
Experience
- 2–5 years of teaching experience, preferably at the primary school level.
