Sales & Marketing Executive
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Experience
1–3 years of proven sales or marketing experience. Experience within a media house, advertising agency, telecom, or corporate commercial environment in Ethiopia is preferred.
Required Skills
Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Amharic and English . Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, for preparing pitch decks and sales proposals. Strong understanding of media rate structures, broadcast sponsorship packages, and marketing ROI.

Key Responsibilities
The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for:
Driving advertising revenue for the media house. Securing corporate sponsorships. Expanding the commercial reach of Hagerie Television across TV and digital broadcast platforms. Building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, advertising agencies, and local brands. Managing campaign execution from contract signing through post-campaign reporting.
