The program combines hands-on experience, functional rotations, coaching, learning, and real business assignments to help 2026 graduates develop practical skills and prepare for future responsibilities within their respective fields.

1. Graduate Trainee – Manufacturing
Qualifications
BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering . CGPA: 3.5 or above . Successful completion of the exit exam. Only 2026 graduates will be considered.
Functional Exposure
The program provides practical exposure to:
Production Quality Maintenance Engineering Safety Process improvement Manufacturing planning
