DIGTAL CONSTRUCT PLC is inviting qualified and motivated professionals to apply for multiple vacant positions. Work Location: Ayat, Addis Ababa

Position 1: Finance Manager

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Experience & Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, administration, operations, or management.
  • Good knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
  • Familiarity with Ethiopian tax laws and business regulations.
  • Experience using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capable of working independently while managing multiple responsibilities.
  • High level of professionalism, accountability, and time management.

Position 2: Marketing and Sales Officer

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Sales, Communication, or a related discipline.

Experience & Requirements

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a confident and customer-focused attitude.
  • Self-driven and able to achieve targets with minimal supervision.
  • Good understanding of customer service and business communication.
  • Ability to present company services clearly and professionally.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing, websites, technology, or business solutions is an added advantage.
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer relations, or business development is preferred.
  • Well-organized with strong follow-up skills.
  • Willingness to learn and maintain a professional work ethic.

Position 3: Senior YouTube Video Editor

Educational Qualification

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Media, Communication, Design, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience & Requirements

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of professional video editing experience.
  • Proven experience creating and editing YouTube or other digital media content.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Knowledge of Adobe After Effects is an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of YouTube content strategy, audience engagement, storytelling, and video pacing.
  • Ability to produce both long-form and short-form video content.
  • Excellent skills in sound design, visual storytelling, and editing techniques.
  • Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a creative team.
  • Applicants must submit a portfolio showcasing previous YouTube or digital media projects.
